At this year’s Tanzhou Exhibition, Grace continues the footsteps of Unbounded and built the “Grace Intangible Cultural Heritage Sunac Pavilion” with the theme of Unbounded·City.
From cloth to brick, from space to life, the integration and innovation of intangible cultural heritage continues to rise. The exhibition hall takes the studio of the cross-border designer Xiang Yunsha as the starting point for design. It adopts the design of the front exhibition hall and the back studio, and uses the anthropomorphic perspective. Taking the characteristics of each city as inspiration, we use cultural innovation concepts × city impression × intangible cultural heritage to integrate, fully embodying the charm of fusion and innovation of intangible cultural heritage.
The inheritance of classic culture never stops at reproduction. And in understanding, extracting its core elements, using the language of the times to present, evolve, and reshape it to adapt to the aesthetics and needs of different times. Only by facing the test of time and the market can classics be truly revitalized and "inherited" realized. Therefore, it is not an ordinary inheritance.
The newly upgraded Xiangyunsha 3.0 ceramic tiles return to their origins, awakening the beauty of the aura of elements, focusing on integrating the core of confidence in intangible cultural heritage, extracting the core craftsmanship of Xiangyunsha weaving, and creating confident domestic ceramic tiles.
