According to the staff of Uni-President Ceramics, the new production line can produce a variety of specifications, from 600*600cm to 900*1800cm. It can match multiple specifications to better meet the needs of consumers. need.
It is understood that Uni-President Technology’s new smart green production line mainly adopts wide-body energy-saving kilns, nano-scale thermal insulation systems, three-layer self-circulating drying systems, and efficient waste heat recovery relay heating systems to achieve lower unit energy consumption and emissions. Minimize and add an intelligent detection platform in the later stage, which can realize real-time digital detection and monitoring of the production process, improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
Chen Shiwei, general manager of Uni-President Ceramics, said that the new production line is a cooperation with Keda. From the press to the kiln, the glazing line to the edge grinding line and the rapid packaging line, the overall production line configuration is relatively high, and the basic parameters are: The firing kiln is 3.2 meters wide and 205 meters long, and the three-layer dryer is 3.4 meters wide and 91 meters long; Keda 7808W large-tonnage press, large plate glazing line, large-volume edge grinding line and Keda fully automatic high-speed packaging line.
According to Keda staff, more advantages of Uni-President Technology’s new production line are reflected in smart green. The digitalization of this production line can achieve:
1. Track production status, reduce the backlog of funds for tail goods, track real-time output, and improve production execution.
2. Realize data collection, integration, and push, provide real-time feedback on anomalies, reduce production losses, ensure data is authentic, and assessments are reasonable.
3. Quality statistical analysis, defect distribution, product excellence rate, and defect details.
4. Production cost accounting and analysis, more accurate accounting process, multi-dimensional and multi-level analysis, and kiln computer control system.
At the same time, in terms of kiln temperature control, the following can be achieved:
1. Real-time display of the temperature curves of the upper and lower layers of the kiln;
2. One-click download of firing formula;
3. Record the temperature in the form of a report to facilitate printing and analysis;
4. According to the adjustment of the production formula, the formula name can be customized to record.
